Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 88fz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://88fz.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the 88fz website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, promotional offers and any related services provided by 88fz.

By registering an account, accessing the 88fz platform or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. 88fz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 17 (Amendments).

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 88fz website, mobile interface and all associated services accessible at https://88fz.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a User's Account, denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or as otherwise specified in the cashier.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or bonus amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User via the cashier that are not subject to wagering requirements (unless combined with an active bonus).
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a sporting event, casino game or other market offered by the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal or as otherwise required by the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Restricted Countries" means countries or territories from which access to the Platform is blocked or restricted at 88fz's sole discretion.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 88fz, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum legal age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator/license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You bear sole responsibility for verifying this before registering.
3. You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of a business entity for the purpose of placing wagers.
4. You do not hold and have not been subject to any self-exclusion order, court order or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
5. You are opening the Account in your own name for your own personal use only. Accounts opened on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.
6. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by 88fz for breach of these Terms.
7. You are not an employee, director, consultant, agent or close family member of an employee or director of 88fz or any affiliated entity.

Account Registration

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

One Account Per User: Each individual may hold only one active Account on 88fz. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited. 88fz uses technical and manual measures to detect and close duplicate Accounts. Any balances in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your Account. You must keep your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. 88fz will never request your password via any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately via the support channels described in Section 18.

You agree to use your Account exclusively for personal entertainment purposes. Using the Account for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure and referral to relevant authorities.

KYC & Identity Verification

88fz is committed to operating a secure platform and reserves the right to require identity and address verification at any stage of the customer relationship, including but not limited to: at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a significant deposit threshold is reached, or when the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Acceptable verification documents typically include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: Government-issued photo identification such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), valid passport or national identity document.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that you are the legitimate holder of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement, or partial card image).

Failure to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities, freezing of Account balance or closure of the Account. 88fz will handle all submitted documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Payments

88fz accepts deposits via the methods listed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Available payment methods are subject to change without notice. References to payment method names — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — on this Platform are provided for user orientation only. These references do not imply that any of those providers endorse, affiliate with or support online gambling transactions. Users must verify provider-specific terms and applicable laws before initiating a transaction.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. These may vary by payment method and account status.
• Deposits are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the User's responsibility.
• 88fz reserves the right to decline a deposit from any payment method at its discretion and without obligation to state reasons.
• Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated without prior authorisation from 88fz may constitute fraud and will result in immediate Account suspension.

Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds (i.e., funds not subject to active wagering requirements) from their Account via the cashier. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The name and details on the requested withdrawal method must match the Account registration information exactly.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied prior to withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings generated by it.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. These vary by method and Account tier.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to internal review queues. No guaranteed processing time is provided.
• 88fz reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may result in extended processing timelines.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.

Bonuses & Promotions

88fz may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, referral rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions and time limits are stated per promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time. Claiming a new bonus before the previous one is completed may result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games and slots may have different contribution percentages — check the promotion terms for the full breakdown.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet may be restricted. Exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Abuse: 88fz reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus amounts if it determines that a User has exploited, manipulated or abused the bonus system, including through arbitrage, bonus stacking or coordinated play.
• Figures are Illustrative: Any bonus amounts displayed on the Platform are illustrative of the programme structure. Actual bonus amounts depend on the User's deposit, account tier and current live promotions. Always verify in the active promotions area of your Account.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on 88fz — whether on sports (including cricket, football, PSL markets, ICC tournament fixtures and UFC events), casino games, virtual sports, esports or any other market — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Placed bets cannot be cancelled or altered by the User after submission, except where a Cash Out facility is explicitly offered and exercised within the stated window.
• In the event of a technical error, mis-price or any other manifest error in the display of odds or game outcomes, 88fz reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price.
• Maximum stake limits apply and may vary by market, event type and Account tier. 88fz reserves the right to accept, refuse or limit any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Winnings are credited to your Account Balance following settlement of the relevant event or game round. Settlement timelines may vary.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the Platform's records will be treated as definitive, subject to any formal complaints process outlined in Section 18.
• Attempting to exploit market errors, known software vulnerabilities or game malfunctions is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88fz Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening more than one Account or using the Account of another person.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanism to place bets without genuine human interaction.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity manipulation.
• Conducting, facilitating or attempting to conduct any money laundering, fraud or financial crime through the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, system vulnerabilities or mathematical errors in games or betting markets.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your Account login credentials to any third party.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.

Account Suspension & Closure

88fz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, activity from a restricted jurisdiction, or other risk-based assessments.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, access to funds may be temporarily frozen. If the investigation confirms a breach, 88fz may forfeit all or part of the Account Balance in accordance with the specific breach identified.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Self-closure requests should be accompanied by confirmation that all active bets have been settled and that the User is not seeking to close the Account as a substitute for Responsible Gambling self-exclusion.

Responsible Gambling

88fz is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible within your Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard cut-offs on your playing sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum period.

Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or in any way exploit any of the Platform's intellectual property without the prior written consent of 88fz.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fz, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime or technical failures.
• Errors or inaccuracies in displayed odds, game outcomes or balance information that are subsequently corrected.
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

The collection, storage, processing and use of personal data in connection with your use of 88fz is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms a binding part of this Agreement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88fz holds its operating licence. Specific licence jurisdiction details are available upon request via the contact details in Section 18.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact the 88fz support team in the first instance. 88fz will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints procedure. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, Users may refer the matter to any applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) or licensing authority mechanism available under the Platform's licence conditions.

Note for Pakistani Users: These Terms do not constitute legal advice and do not imply that any Pakistani authority has jurisdiction over or endorses the operation of this Platform. Pakistani users access the Platform at their own risk and responsibility.

Amendments to These Terms

88fz reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 88fz will provide reasonable advance notice via in-platform notification, email (where a valid address is registered) or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.
